Signature Supported Homes was founded on the principle that "environment dictates outcome," our leadership brings a rare depth of clinical and behavioural expertise to the supported housing landscape.
With a background featuring a BPS-Accredited degree in Psychology, Criminology, and an NVQ Level 5 in Pharmacy, our founder integrates over four years of NHS and pharmaceutical experience into every project. This clinical foundation allows us to move beyond the transactional nature of real estate, applying a trauma-informed lens to property sourcing and development. We don't just provide rooms; we build structured, safe, and dignified environments that support healing, regulation, and long-term stability for vulnerable service users.
Strategic Infrastructure for Social & Assisted Living
The Signature Circle acts as a premier infrastructure partner for Local Authorities, CQC-accredited providers, and Ofsted-regulated CICs. We specialise in delivering "turnkey," safety-certified housing solutions tailored for emergency placements, semi-independent living, and long-term assisted housing.
The Signature Standard
Full Regulatory Compliance: Every property is delivered with comprehensive fire risk assessments, EPCs, and enhanced security features as standard.
Signature Clean & Maintenance: Our in-house division ensures 24–48 hour readiness between placements and meticulous weekly compliance.
Bespoke Configurations: We offer 1 to 6-bedroom HMOs and self-contained units, with options for CCTV integration and en-suite layouts.
While we currently serve as a strategic housing provider for external partners, we are in the advanced stages of registering as a direct provider with Ofsted. This expansion represents our commitment to setting a new benchmark for therapeutic residential children’s care in the UK.
