Misuse of property, violation of terms, or disrespectful conduct may result in termination of services.

We are committed to safeguarding your personal data in accordance with UK GDPR regulations.
Client information is used strictly for communication, service delivery, and internal insights. We do not sell or share data with third parties.
Your data is securely stored, encrypted, and accessible only to authorised personnel. Payment transactions comply with the highest PCI DSS standards.
You may request access to, or deletion of, your data at any time by contacting our Data Protection Officer.
Refund & Payment Policy
Deposits and full payments are due as outlined in your service agreement.
Refunds are processed within 7–14 working days where applicable, in line with our cancellation and service delivery terms.
Refunds are provided only under specific conditions of service failure detailed within your individual service agreement.
All transactions are securely processed via Tide, Square or approved banking providers.
Limitation of Liability
The Signature Circle Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our liability is strictly limited to the value of the service agreement in place.
Insurance & Compliance
The Signature Circle Ltd is fully insured, holding comprehensive public liability and professional indemnity cover, ensuring complete peace of mind in all our service provisions.
Governing Law
All services provided by The Signature Circle Ltd are governed exclusively by the laws of England and Wales.
Complaints & Dispute Resolution
Should you have any complaint or dispute regarding our services, please notify us in writing. We aim to respond within five working days and resolve all complaints promptly and fairly.
Service-Specific Policies
The Signature Stay: Guest conduct, damage deposit terms, check-in/check-out times, and refund conditions are specified in individual booking agreements.
The Signature Clean: Access arrangements, re-cleans, and quality satisfaction guarantees are outlined in our cleaning contracts.
The Signature Source: Due diligence, property deal terms, and sourcing package deliverables are fully detailed upon contract issue.
